For over 35 years our company has been, remanufacturing, retrofitting, and repairing numerous types of machinery for the metal working industry. We have extensive knowledge retrofitting dual wheel manual grinders into CNC grinders that are used primarily in the machining of parts for air and land based turbine engines.
Although we have the ability to remanufacture & repair numerous types of machinery, we have established a special expertise in dual wheel grinders. Because of their accuracy, dependability, and reliability, we have over 55 machines in the field today, primarily producing parts for turbine engines. Because of their success, we have designed and manufactured our own creep feed dual wheel grinders. The “Buffalo” series of grinders, Such as the Buffalo 454, takes dual wheel creep feed grinding to the next level. Also available is our family of diamond roll dressers.
